All it Takes is 10 Minutes

I had a lovely quote lined up for today, but after a week of meetings with higher-ups, I figured you might be feeling “quoted-out” too!

Instead, here’s a little reminder to step away from those devices and get outside.

Spending just 10 minutes in nature can work wonders for reducing those anxiety-inducing cortisol levels and stress. Obvs, the longer, the better, but as Tesco says, “every little helps” (sorry, couldn’t resist!). Oh, and who says you’ve gotta go somewhere fancy to get your dose? A local park or just pottering about in the garden will do. It all counts, whether it’s your own space or a public one.
