This photo reminds me of a conversation I overheard between two Maltese locals on walking. One of them said, “I don’t think I’ve walked longer than 15 minutes my whole life,” before bursting into fits of laughter. “I’d take my car to walk the dog if I could!” So this explains why cars are always moments away! That, and the 424,000+ car ratio to a 500,000 population.
