What Does Your Dream Day Look Like?

Thought we could get intentional today and shift the focus on the kind of weekday routine you’d love.

So, have a think about how your ideal day looks, and then, let’s bring it into 🎬

In the meantime, here’s mine:

  • Slow mornings work best! So I’d start the day with a mindful sunrise at the beach, followed by some light reading.
  • Laughter, they say, is the best medicine. So, I have to add enjoying a goofy breakfast with my besties. At my fave beachfront restaurant, of course!
  • Work for a few hours, taking breaks for a swim (temperature dialled up to late spring/summer) and a visit to a local retirement home to finally meet the man that waves to me.
  • Enjoy lunch with family, in smaller more intimate groups—so not at all once 😅
  • Respond to emails and create content, aiming for a balanced work-life approach.
  • Spend time strolling around the city, capturing moments and enjoying the scenery. Plus a walk always helps me drift asleep quicker than you can say “Horlicks” 💤
  • Visit a farmers market to gather fresh ingredients for a home-cooked dinner.
  • Music is just so uplifting and puts me into a state of flow—which helps with creating imaginary music videos.😉 So, on the playlist goes whilst prepping dinner!
  • Wind down with a relaxing bath, journalling, and then 🛌
